What can we sell?
We offer a selection of clothing, accessories and shoes for children aged 0 to 8 years.
We ask that all items sent be in excellent condition: no stains, holes, pilling, tears or discoloration, and that they reflect current trends.

Is there a maximum number of articles to send/submit?
Yes a minimum of 30 pieces
How to send/drop off clothes?
Several possible options:
Drop them off in Grez-Doiceau
Drop them off in Lasne
Send them by mail for free
Bring an ambassador to your home
At what price are the items purchased?
How long am I paying?
You will receive 50% of the earnings from your items sold in your bank account every quarter, based on sales made
What happens to the clothes that are not selected?
Several options are available to you: give them to our partner association "Solidarité Grand Froid", collect them in Grez-Doiceau or return them by post at your expense.
What is the processing time for my items for sale?
Once we receive your items, it takes approximately 2 weeks before the selection is made, and we will then send details of the selected items and their prices.
Is it possible to negotiate buyout prices?
No, the repurchase price is firm and final
Is it possible to return an item? How?
If the items are not suitable, you have two weeks to let us know. Items must be in impeccable condition.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely, you can shop safely.
What are the payment methods?
We accept online payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Visa or gift card
What delivery options are available?
You have different delivery options. You can choose between delivery via Mondial Relay, allowing you to collect your package at the relay point closest to you, home delivery, or the possibility of collecting your items directly from our store on rue de l'Eglise Saint- Pierre 19, 1390 Grez-Doiceau
What are the shipping fees?
Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery method you choose: €5 for home delivery and €3.75 for delivery to a relay point. And good news: delivery is free for all orders equal to or greater than €50

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal
